first.day.of.sch.
my first day at sch started with a 9 am lecture on this module called "
accounting information systems and financial modelling" -a very long name isnt it??i cant shorten it in any way except calling it AIS.lols.it was quite a dry lecture but i was told that it involved some stuff regarding financial mathematics.yayyyy!i love maths!!but i heard this is really a difficult subject and many ppl failed.i really hope i dont!!so i must study really hard!!anyway i got this really cheap bargain for my AIS txbk(2nd hand) at only $50!the others were selling for like $65-75!!hahaha *screams of joy*.i was so lucky that it didnt get sold out.
anyway,since the new semester has started,there are alot of new residents staying in my berwick halls.i havent really gotten to know ppl well.just "hi" and "bye" to people.i dont know why but i kinda prefer last semester where i can actually make more frens and get to know them better.cause the new residents kinda got into their own cliques.hmfphh.im so saddd.
btw i got to know this girl frm batam(part of indonesia) who stay 1 level below me.she's quite friendly but she has a weird indo accent.and then my fren frm india came out of his room and saw us.and we were talking and all, in indo of course. and he suddenly asked me,"so is she a singaporean or from somewhere else??"hmffhhh.and then i was like..duh cant u tell we're speaking in indo and NOT english??maybe he thought we're conversing in Chinese?oh well watever.but my point is that i think Spore's english kinda sounds wrong and need some correction.haha no offense!anyway this has been a really long entry and i wonder if u can read till this part.im tired now.cant decide whether to watch Mr & Mrs Smith or go to bed.hmpfhh.
